This is an exciting, hands-on role for someone with an interest in design, interiors, lifestyle brands and digital content creation, who enjoys creatively communicating a brand and its products to a large social media audience. This role supports the delivery of our marketing campaigns and online activity across social media, website and email. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day execution, optimisation and reporting of our social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, market-leading content that brings the EZ Living Interiors brand and product offering to life across all social media platforms.
- Actively support the exploration, testing and execution of paid social and digital advertising opportunities, assisting with campaign setup, optimisation, performance tracking and reporting in line with business objectives.
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of social media campaigns in collaboration with the team.
- Ensure all social content is aligned with the brand’s creative direction and tone of voice.
- Generate, edit, publish and share high-quality content (text, imagery and video) on a daily basis across social channels.
- Work closely with the creative team in-studio and on location during photoshoots to capture engaging content.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor, track and analyse social media performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on social media activity, engagement, growth and campaign performance, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data, insights and best practices to continuously optimise content and channel performance.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging platforms and new technologies relevant to the role.
Experience & Skills Required
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media content creation or a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven experience creating content for social media, including paid promotional advertising.
- Strong interest in design, interiors and lifestyle brands, with a passion for learning and developing within the interiors market.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Campaign Monitor, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking in video content.
- Ability to create creative, engaging content across text, image and video formats.
- Experience using analytics tools to track performance and report on social media results.
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and digital best practices.
- Familiarity with web design and the ability to create graphics for social media.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Duties:

Primary Functions:
This is a varied and rewarding role that will suit a creative and commercially minded candidate who has gained the required skills throughout their career to date.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Ensure that products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activities and seasonal trends.
- Work collaboratively with the Visual Display & Merchandising team.

The purpose of this role is to manage the warehouse functions of our distribution centre, delivering best in class service to our stores and customers. The warehouse is responsible for country-wide deliveries and on-site collections.
The hours for this role are: Monday - Friday, 4pm - 1am.
Objectives of this Role
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training evening shift warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals
- Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization and inventory management.
- Train and manage the Evening Shift warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short and long-term performance goals.
- Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervises the daily work and safety of our Evening Shift Warehouse employees engaged in receiving, replenishing and storing products, supervising and coordinating the loading and unloading of inventory including all warehouse functions, receivers and forklift operators.
- Liaise with relevant departments as well as the Senior Management Team to ensure correct and efficient scheduling of containers.
- Ensure correct labelling, with labels facing outwards, of all inbound items, as well as tracking and storage of these items within the Warehouse.
- Monitoring stock levels, including but not limited to stock checking and stock counts.
- Responsible for collaborating with our Stock Controller to ensure stock inventory and stock locations are kept accurate, relevant and up to date on the company’s internal software system.
- Consistent forward planning to create space for new ranges and ensuring old ranges are fully cleared.
- Manage & develop direct reports to achieve business goals & objectives.
- Manage effective communications across the warehouse department and with the relevant management team members.
- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to analyse productivity and develop actionable plans for loss prevention.
- Ensure all administration functions required by the operation are completed correctly and on time.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure the warehouse and its staff are compliant with all Health and Safety requirements.
Preferred Skills:
- Should be highly motivated.
- Capable of working on their own initiative.
- You will need 2+ years’ experience in Team Leading/People Management.
- Previous experience in warehouse department management an advantage.
- Proven IT skills- Microsoft word/excel/outlook essential with strong ability to manage stock control systems.
- Strong organisational and self-management skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment and to specific time frames.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment and with individuals at all levels.
