Opt for in-store or warehouse collection to receive your items without the need to pay a delivery charge. You can also arrange to collect your item(s) at a time that is convenient to you. If you need your items urgently, place your order before 12PM and choose to collect from our main Cork warehouse. These can then be collected the same day. Once your order has been placed online, we will notify you with more information.

Easily add your desired items to your cart, choose “Click & Collect” at check out and choose the authorised collection point from the drop down menu. Please note that not all stores offer click & collect and larger items can only be collected from our Cork and Dublin warehouses.

After completing your order you will receive an email with further information. Please do not collect your goods until this information is received. A copy of the Order Confirmation email and proof of ID is required on collection.

Upon completing your order, you’ll receive an automated Order Confirmation email, confirming that we’ve received your order. Once your order has been processed we’ll send you a subsequent email, advising of when your item(s) are being sent to your chosen location. For collections from store or distribution warehouses, a staff member will contact you once your order is available. For collection from main Cork warehouse, you will receive an email confirmation advising that your goods are ready, usually within 24 hours.

Click and Collect is available on smaller items in selected stores. Look for the Click and Collect icon next to participating stores on our Store Locator page. 

All items are available for collection from our Cork Distribution Centre and Dublin Distribution Centre. Please note that all in stock items are held in our Main Cork warehouse and will need to be transferred to your collection point. Please do not arrive for collection until you have been informed to do so.

Once your order has been prepared and is ready for collection, we'll notify you either by email or phone. Pop to your chosen collection point and ensure that you take your confirmation email and proof of identity with you. Please do not attempt to collect goods unless you have been notified that it is ready.

 

>Click and Collect lead times vary depending on the store and time of year. However we will endeavour to have your order ready for collection within 5 to 7 days on average. Orders placed before 12PM on a work day for in-stock items will be available for collection from our main Cork warehouse on the same day. We'll notify you via email or phone once your items are ready to collect. Please refrain from attempting to collect your order until you receive a 'Ready to Collect' email notification from us. Please make your way to the front desk of our store and a member of staff will assist you. Please bring the confirmation email and proof of ID with you when collecting your order.

If you are unable to pick up your order when it is ready, your order will be held for 2 weeks. Our store team will contact you to arrange collection. If you can't collect during this period, your order will be returned to our main warehouse and an alternative collection date will be arranged.

If you've had a change of heart and wish to cancel your Click and Collect order, please contact us to initiate the cancellation process and receive a refund. Yes, please note that Click & Collect from store is only available on smaller items that can be carried by one person This includes but is not limited to accessories, footstools, dining chairs, benches and bar stools. However, all items are available to collect from our Cork and Dublin warehouses. There is no restriction on the number of in-stock items you can purchase through Click and Collect.

Yes, larger items such as sofa’s, dining tables, beds and mattresses can be collected from our main Cork warehouse and Dublin Distribution Centre. We do ask that you bring a suitable vehicle for the collection of larger items.
