We had looked at a bed online and visited their store in Naas. The exact model wasn't in stock at that particular store but Lorraine was on hand to he ... lp. She showed us the model online and gave us all the details for home delivery or possible collection from a warehouse location. We left with options which was great but then decided within 10 minutes to return to Lorraine as she was extremely helpful.
