Walking into EZ Living at Mahon and meeting Sheila Ahern was such a breath of fresh air. Sheila completely understood what we were going through while we waited for our home to be finalized. She went completely out of her way to help us, letting us secure our items with a small booking deposit and patiently holding everything in stock for us until we were ready. She was so understanding and kind throughout the entire house-buying chaos. Having someone who doesn't just treat you like a transaction but actually listens and accommodates your situation makes all the difference. It’s true what they say, a good salesman makes you feel like you’re not actually being sold anything, and that sums Oliver up perfectly. We’ve bought quite a few items over several trips now and Oliver has been brilliant every time. He’s never pushy, gives you plenty of space to look around and make your own decision, but is always there with information or an honest opinion when you need it. What we really appreciate is that his recommendation isn’t automatically the most expensive option either. You genuinely feel like he’s helping you find what’s right for you rather than just trying to make a sale. He’s also gone above and beyond, making sure everything we bought was carefully wrapped and even helping us get it out to the car. We’ve actually got to the point where we go back to Oliver to order items from the main store too, including our sofas, simply because he’s so easy to deal with and we always feel like we’ve walked away with a good deal.
