I really enjoyed browsing around this shop. I didn't intend to buy anything, and I wasn't pressured by the staff there - I was offered a coffee or tea ... as I was looking around. The staff there are really great! Very friendly, not too pushy at all. I went in to browse Sofas and ended up looking at the kukoon rugs they had on display and I was approached by a member of staff who offered his help then just gave me information on the company. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything - that normally makes me want to leave. Following my 2nd visit, I'm now seriously considering purchasing a suite of furniture from their showroom. It's a really lovely shop to go into. It's layed out really well. Wheelchair accessible, I brought my Daughter who is on the Autistic Spectrum with me and she enjoyed being there too. Read more

Customer Care was slow and old-fashioned with refunds, and it took over a month to sort ... a chipped coffee table, including an undated cheque and gaps in replies. EDIT: But, they later reached out, apologised, and the refund was completed. They were lovely in the end. I just hope they will review the process and move to bank transfer as standard. Read more

He was really helpful and answered the many questions I had, which to be fair was a lot. He remained patient with me, which I’m told many times, is no mean feat!
